The initial assessment carried out showed that we were extremely vulnerable due to updates not being applied – You could say that ‘ignorance is bliss’. Now after about a year, the biggest difference we have noticed is the proactive support we are receiving, with problems sorted out before we even know we have them. All the features of our system have now been activated. For example, remote access, which I found most useful on a recent trip to China and Malaysia. I can definitely recommend the service – you definitely see what you are getting for your money, and you can sleep at night knowing you are busy working behind the scenes..
